He has over 18 experience years in the franchise and intellectual property, trade remedies, anti-dumping and countervailing, corporate law, foreign investment consultancy, and labor law.
• Lawyer Pham advises clients from the simple creative ideas to complicated legal cases. He not only provides legal advice in Vietnam, but also in foreign countries including Asia, Europe and the others through his associates in these jurisdictions.
• In addition, lawyer Pham Duy Khuong also teaches and does research on law in universities including: Hanoi Law University, Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, Foreign Trademark University, National Economics University.
