Career

Nikolaj Jalili-Trudslev is a partner at Haugaard|Braad and is primarily involved in corporate commercial law matters. Nikolaj advises large and medium-sized Danish and foreign businesses on company and business law matters and has many years’ experience of M&A transactions, IP and marketing law, corporate capital matters and the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts. Nikolaj also assists clients in the restructuring of groups and dispute resolutions, among other things.

Nikolaj joined Haugaard|Braad in 2013. Prior to joining our offices, Nikolaj held a position at the Danish Patent & Trademark Office where he was working with trademark and design rights. Concurrently with his work duties, he lectures at various types of executive forums. Nikolaj is admitted to the Danish High Court.
