Salomón Eid is a partner at PPO Abogados, and he is a member of the Corporate Law and Financial Law teams.

Salomón regularly provides counseling to clients in a broad range of industries (agribusiness, banking and finance, telecommunications, insurance and reinsurance, transportation and energy) with respect to different issues within his area of expertise, including corporate and commercial matters in general, mergers and acquisitions, corporate conflicts, restructurings and foreign investment. Additionally, he has experience in the financial and securities market areas and provides counseling to financial entities, mostly international banks and multilateral entities, with respect to regulatory issues in general and the implementation and execution of financial operations in Bolivia.

Before joining PPO, Salomón worked as senior associate of Ferrere and a Foreign Associate in the Corporate and Finance Department at the New York office of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where he provided legal counseling to financial institutions and energy project developers with respect to the Funding of Assets, Financing for Acquisitions, Funding of Projects and Restructurings in Latin America and Europe.

Salomón obtained his Law Degree from Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz and a Master`s degree (L.L.M.) from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.
