Mr. Mahmoud aboshady joined Al-Omani & Partners in 2019 with more than 10 years of experience working as a lawyer, He has an extensive experience in Litigation, He handles different types of complex contentious matters, with particular focus on construction, labour, civil, intellectual property and commercial disputes through litigation.
He obtained an LL.M intellectual property from the Faculty of Law, helwan university, Egypt. he is highly skilled in drafrting court memos, providing legal advice and management.

Mr. Aboshady is responsible for management of the executive department in Omani law firm, and he is assisted in the office by a group of distinguished work team.

Career

Mr. Mahmoud is a bona fide graduate of law at Cairo University in Egypt. He spent his law career for the past ten years of in the Middle East as a senior associate in law firms. In all those years, Mr. Mahmoud developed an expertise and huge involvement in formulating civil, commercial, and labor contracts, as well as preparing other legal documents like subpoenas and memoranda.

He also attends clients’ court hearings and provide legal advice whenever necessary. Mr. Mahmoud’s areas of expertise includes the following:
