Fouad joined the firm in 2011 after obtaining his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Université Saint-Joseph De Beyrouth.
In 2012 he became a member of the Beirut Bar and obtained a Master’s degree in Arbitration and Alternative Modes of Conflict Resolution accredited by Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas while also completing an internship at both the Paris Court of Appeal and the International Chamber of Commerce of Paris.
Fouad has accumulated a strong breadth of experience and extensive expertise in M&A, Private Equity as well as litigation before state courts and arbitral tribunals in domestic and international cases involving public and private entities.Having represented multinational corporations based in the UAE and the region more broadly, Fouad has developed strong experience with clients specializing in EPC and O&M projects in industry sectors such as mining and renewable energy. He has also advised clients on franchising and corporate operations and assisted with tax restructuring, estate planning and compliance.
