Daniel Praetorius, who despite his youth has an important background in white-collar crime work. I think that it is Daniel’s committed character, in addition to his legal strategies, that makes Lembeye’s practice unique.

I can speak to Daniel Praetorius and his excellent service. With his character and intelligence, he is capable of handling the most complex scenarios. In addition, he is preceded by great experience in some of the most high-profile judicial cases of recent times in Chile.

Dedicated to the work it does – a great team with good delegation of functions, which makes the processes very fluid.

We have important projects and need a team of lawyers to manage these contracts for us – and they do it in the best way. This is very important because we can turn to them for all the legal aspects that we need to cover, and they do it in a very expert way.

The Lembeye group of lawyers is expert in corporate matters, has a deep understanding of the regulatory compliance framework of the company sector in which I work, and works in a serious, efficient, creative, and rigorous manner. I can affirm that it is a group of top-level professionals, which takes great care in preparing contracts, and with partners and associates offering the same dedication and speed, and always maintaining great proximity to the client.

Lembeye has an excellent corporate team, including both established lawyers and other younger people.

Jorge Lembeye is a great lawyer, with an impressive capacity for work but also with an inventive, creative and managerial capacity that make him stand out from his peers.

Jorge Lembeye has outstanding ability to generate solution strategies for the problems presented. Great knowledge is manifested in his field of expertise and complementary areas. Jorge also manages to permeate the rest of the team with the same passion that he displays through his work.

Jorge Lembeye stands out not only for his expertise, but also for his role as leader and strategic legal adviser, imprinting high levels of trust onto his clients through his actions.

Nicolás Espina is a very good adviser.

Special proximity with their clients: they have contributed to the development of our company by cultivating long-term relationships that are based on trust and appreciation.

A cohesive, stable and energetic team, that is focused and very successful in venture capital matters. I would say that it is one of the few offices in Chile that stands out in this respect, and it has a good nose for determining the strategies that VC companies require, which are not the same as those of large companies. They know this difference perfectly, and adapt and charge in a flexible way.

I have been working with Jorge Lembeye and his team for several years, and I appreciate their work enormously.

Compares favourably, largely thanks to its leading partner Jorge Lembeye, who has a complete vision of the businesses on which he advises. He is a lawyer you can trust, and who has in-depth knowledge of market regulations, new technologies and new industries that are launched in Chile and the world.

Jorge Lembeye, whom I have known for quite some time, is a lawyer of experience and prestige, with deep legal knowledge and a great business vision, which is appreciated in this area of the economy that is expanding rapidly in our country.

I would highlight the deep knowledge of Nicolás Espina, who managed to find plausible and beneficial solutions that were very positive for our company.
