Fadwa is a Partner in the firm’s serious injury team and specialises in high value, complex claims representing both adults and children. She is passionate about the work she does and helps her clients with arranging private medical treatment, rehabilitation and securing the best possible settlement.

Fadwa’s clients are nationwide and she likes to maintain regular contact by visiting them at their home, in hospital or at rehabilitation centres.

As most of her clients have suffered life changing injuries, Fadwa’s primary concern is always to ensure they have early access to rehabilitation and treatment. She puts in place a team of support to help optimise their recovery and takes a proactive approach liaising and meeting with the therapists, case managers and consultants.

She always looks to secure early interim payments where possible as she understands just how difficult life can be for her clients and their families following an accident.

Fadwa works closely with charities and frequently participates in their fund raising events.
