Position
Luc is a partner in the commercial property team. He provides businesses and private individuals with commercial property advice.
His clients typically include lenders, high street and specialist/mezzanine, landowners, local and national house builders and investors. He also acts for well-known businesses in the transport, logistics and marine sectors.
In addition, Luc advises clients on property issues arising out of formal insolvencies and business turnarounds.
As well as working with insolvency practitioners, his experience within the insolvency sector allows him to offer other clients sound commercial advice if they are acquiring property from liquidators, administrators, or trustees in bankruptcy.
Luc provides clients with outstanding technical knowledge combined with a pragmatic approach, ensuring that all his clients receive an unparalleled and bespoke service that exceeds their expectations.
