Sarah is a partner and head of the firm’s banks and lenders team. She specialises in residential and commercial possession claims, property litigation, shortfall claims, debt recovery and professional negligence litigation. Her clients are major financial lenders and mortgage providers whom she supports with quick responses and no-nonsense legal advice that helps them recover their money quickly and cost-effectively.

She provides a high level of personal service to my clients, based on a detailed understanding of their business priorities and what they want to achieve. Based in Southampton and Guildford, Moore Barlow‘s debt recovery department is praised for offering an ‘efficient and effective service’, and is experienced in recovering debts for clients from a range of industries, including construction companies, financial services clients, and IT service providers. Mark Osgood, Daniel Baker and Benjamin Millward lead the department’s commercial recoveries team, while Susannah Marsh and Sarah Watley lead the financial services recovery team. Southampton-based Mark Osgood specialises in internal business disputes, and Sarah Watley deals with commercial possession claims.
