Jaime Morey is a partner in the firm. Previously, he was a partner at the Echecopar Abogados law firm in Madrid.

Jaime’s professional practice focuses on commercial and corporate law, real estate, and intellectual property. He regularly advises several multinational groups operating in Spain, providing them with ongoing legal advice in the corporate, commercial, contractual sectors, in permanent contact with the parent companies. He is in charge of the implementation and development of various national selective distribution networks and franchises, especially in the luxury brand sector.

In the real estate area, he is regularly involved in real estate purchase and sale operations, especially industrial buildings, offices and commercial premises. He also has extensive experience in matters relating to intellectual property, new technologies, corporate compliance and personal data protection.

He is the secretary of the Board of Directors of more than 20 Spanish companies.
