Paul is a corporate lawyer in the KPMG Law team. He specialises in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, international group reorganisations and equity incentives. His clients include leading multinational and national corporates, entrepreneurs and management teams.

Paul has extensive experience of delivering legal services as part of multi-disciplinary team at KPMG and regularly works closely with colleagues from our tax, corporate finance and consultancy businesses. 

He brings a wealth of experience and pragmatism to corporate transactions, helping clients minimise risk and protect value. Clients praise his commercial and highly responsive approach and value him as a trusted business adviser.
