Position

Emmanuel is a Partner at KPMG Avocats in Paris where he heads the EU, Competition & Distribution department.

Emmanuel has more than 20 years of experience dedicated to competition & EU Law. His expertise focuses on :

  • Compliance and regulatory (DGCCRF, etc.)
  • Drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, pre-litigation and commercial litigation

Emmanuel joined KPMG Avocats in July 2019. He was an Associate at Clifford Chance (2003-2006) and Hogan & Hartson (2006-2009), a Counsel (2009-2010) and a Partner at (2010-2015) at Winston and Strawn, a Partner at Veil Jourde (2015-2017) and at LPA-CGR (2017-2019).
