Bogdan Mihai has over 22 years of experience in advising clients in the areas of M&A, Corporate and Commercial, Consumer Protection, Internet law, Data Privacy, Telecom, Media, Information Technology being recognized as one of the top lawyers in the fields of Data Privacy, Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT), having an in-depth knowledge and understanding of both legal and the technical aspects of the IT and telecom matters.
Bogdan is advising high profile players in the online environment as well as online startups and technology companies on various matters concerning compliance aspects, outsourcing, personal data protection (GDPR), as well as contractual matters and user related issues.
