Career
Francisco Conde Rivas joined Garrido in 1999, where he specialized in tax consultancy and corporate commercial restructuring for business groups (mergers and acquisitions, demergers, incorporation of new branches of activity and other operations) designed to achieve tax optimisation, participating in multiple operations and specializing in special tax regimes. He leads a tax qualified team of twelve lawyers.
A recognized specialist in his field, his professional activity is currently focused on defending and representing clients in tax inspection before the Tax Administration, on tax planning for groups of companies (restructuring, MAPS, etc.) and on all types of tax advice for natural persons and legal entities.
Some of his clients are national and international groups in different – economic sectors: food industry groups, real estate and insurers, private security services and armored transport, private equity firms, restoration chains, construction of industrial projects, energy, etc
He became a Tax Partner in 2002, and has been a Managing Partner with the Firm since 2007.
