Since 2009 Ms. Quiñones has been an active trial attorney, with experience in a wide range of general civil and commercial litigation matters. Besides having experience in commercial foreclosure, lenders liability, banking and corporate matters, her main practice area is employment law. Her labor practice concentrates on wrongful termination, employment discrimination, labor unions, wages and hours, retaliation, sexual harassment, reasonable accommodation, defamation, and other employment-related contracts and torts. She has significative experience in union representation, labor arbitration and unfair labor practices. She has successfully represented clients in numerous types of administrative proceedings before agencies such as the E.E.O.C., the N.L.R.B., the P.R. Department of Labor, the P.R. Anti-Discrimination Unit, the P.R. Office of Mediation and Adjudication, the P.R. Labor Relations Board and the P.R. Bureau of Conciliation and Arbitration.

She also has significant experience as a speaker and trainer in Human Resources matters. Prior to becoming an attorney, Eddalee acted as the Human Resources Director for a construction and environmental services corporation for five years.
