Career

Lloyd Isgut is a seasoned trial attorney and labor and employment practitioner. Prior to joining Estrella, Mr. Isgut was a member at Pizarro & González, where his practice was concentrated in labor and employment law. Mr. Isgut has ample experience representing employers from several industries in a wide array of labor and employment law matters before local and federal court, as well as before administrative agencies. As part of his practice, Mr. Isgut regularly appears before the Equal Employment Opportunity Counsel (EEOC), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and the Puerto Rico Antidiscrimination Unit, as well as other local and federal agencies in representation of employers. Mr. Isgut also defends employers in Puerto Rico State Court and Federal Court in unjust termination claims, retaliation claims, sexual harassment claims, ADEA, ADA, Title VII claims, and Puerto Rico discrimination claims. Mr. Isgut also provides counseling and advise to employers in labor and employment law issues.
