Benjamin Desaint graduated from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2003 with a degree in employment law. He began his career as an employment lawyer for Aéroports de Paris. In 2005, he became head of legal affairs and labor relations at METRO Cash and Carry France before joining Fromont Briens in 2007.

After obtaining two certificates of specialization in labor law and social welfare and social security law in 2011, he became a partner in 2014 and leads a team of 10 lawyers. He advises companies, from small and medium-sized businesses to key accounts (more than 100,000 employees), in all sectors of activity – logistics, IT services, transport, distribution, banking, retail, leisure, insurance, non-profit, industry, hotels and restaurants, medical and hospital sectors, personal services, etc. In parallel, he regularly contributes to various legal and HR journals. He has also been Vice-President of the Parisian Region ANDRH division in charge of communications and legal information since April 2018, an employment tribunal counselor at the management section of the Nanterre Employment Tribunal since January 2019, and a member of the AGS Board of Directors.

Finally, he regularly works with various authorities (such as CESE and DGT). In 2018, he was identified as a “Rising Star” by the Décideurs Juridiques magazine. Benjamin is particularly active in the areas of business transfers, optimization of labor lending, and systemic engineering of all collective standards applicable in the company.
