A graduate of Master II “Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise” at the University of Cergy-Pontoise and of the Specialized Master in HR and Organization Management at ESCP Business School, then holding a Certificate in Employment Law, Victor began his career with FROMONS BRIENS in 2015.

After a few years as an intern, then as a lawyer and finally as an associate alongside Leslie NICOLAÏ, Victor was appointed of Counsel in 2020 before being promoted to partner in 2021.

On a daily basis, he provides both advisory and litigation support to a number of start-ups, SMEs and major corporations operating in various sectors (metallurgy, real estate, financial markets, clothing, etc.).

Victor also takes part in academic training courses and recognized professional networks. Victor is a regular speaker at ANDRH, the French HR association.
