Career

Uriel graduated from the Employment Law (JDS) Master’s degree of the Université Panthéon Sorbonne (Paris I) in 2012, then from the Haute École des Avocats Conseils in 2013. He started his career as an employment lawyer at Thales Systèmes Aéroportés in October 2011.  He then joined Fromont Briens in 2013. He earned the Certificate of Specialization in Labor Law in 2018 and became a partner in the firm in January 2019. Renowned for his reliability, pragmatic and combative nature, he works with a clientele made up of companies from the CAC 40, the SBF 120 and developing Mid-Caps and SMEs across the industrial spectrum – technical studies, import-export, road haulage, finance, journalism, public sector, social housing, etc.

Providing services in both legal counsel and litigation, Uriel has developed special expertise in the management of collective conflicts and relations with staff representative bodies. He also monitors complex restructuring operations and technical cases relating particularly to working hours.

In addition, Uriel teaches employment law at law schools, universities and HR training providers including SUP des RH. He also leads numerous training sessions for managers, lawyers, HRDs and HRMs, in particular within the ANDRH – of which he is a member and vice-president of the Alésia-Nation group – or the Paris Ile-de-France Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CCI).
