Career

Eugenio has almost 20 years of experience in the labour area, since before joining RMMG, including more than 10 years as a partner in business and full-service Brazilian law firms with practice in judicial and administrative litigation, drafting of legal advice regarding various labour subjects and audits destined to the verification of human resources proceedings and purchase and sale of companies. He is also a labour law and labour procedure professor at Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) since 2004 and a visiting professor at labour law and labour procedure Specialization Courses at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) and Passo Fundo University.

Was a full member of the Examining Board of the Selective Exam of the First National Unified Exam for admission at the Labour Magistrate Career – 2017/2018.

Holds a post-doctorate from the Universidad de Sevilha, a PhD and a Master’s degree from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), and a Bachelor of Laws from Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (Unisinos).
