Guilherme has been a visiting researcher in the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law. Guilherme is author of the Article “Function of the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Law in Brazilian Private Law” in the Revista de Direito Empresarial e Recuperacional, v. 4, 2017 and of the Article “A critical approach to article 219, paragraph 5 CPC” in the Revista de Processo, v. 212, 2012.
