Mr. Wang serves as legal counsel for many construction regulatory agencies, such as Shanghai Construction Project Safety and Quality Supervision Station and many other district construction management centers.

Mr.Wang has provided litigation and non-litigation services for many construction enterprises in Jiangsu and Zhejiang in the long term.

He has also provided famous construction and real estate enterprises such as CSSC, Hanglung Real Estate, CNEC5 and Carrier with legal services in the fields of investment and financing and specific projects, such as PPP and EPC.

Mr. Wang has strong research and solution capabilities for clients’ latest legal service needs and difficult problems. At present, he is concurrently managing the research department of the firm.

Mr. Wang holds social positions such as deputy director of Shanghai Law Society Research Committee on Construction Engineering and Infrastructure Business, vice chairman of Legal Branch of Real Estate Chamber of Commerce of Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce, director of Shanghai Changning District Law Service Association and part-time lecturer of Tongji University Law School.
