Position

Lotte Noer is partner in KLAR Advokater’s Dispute Resolution Team.

Lotte assists Danish and international companies in a broad variety of disputes.

Lotte principally advises on issues of contract liability, corporate liability, management liability, professional liability (compensation liability relating to solicitors, auditors, financial institutions, insurance brokers, technical advisors and investment advisors) and primary and secondary market claims. Lotte acquired her experience from working with some of the largest and most complex cases in her area of practice. She is also experienced in formulating and interpreting insurance terms and conditions.

Throughout her career, Lotte has worked extensively on cases with an international perspective, and she is experienced in providing advice on internationally relevant matters.

Lotte has great arbitration and litigation experience and is regularly appointed as arbitrator by the Danish Institute of Arbitration. 

In 2018 Lotte was an acting judge at the Eastern High Court, which added to her specialist knowledge within dispute resolution.
