Jean-Michel Degée has over twenty years of experience in practicing tax law. He advises in corporate taxation, and more specifically regarding corporate reorganisations, international tax planning and taxation of remunerations.

Jean-Michel has a solid experience in tax litigation. He intervenes in numerous complex tax litigations, including on transfer pricing and sectoral taxes.

He teaches corporate tax at the Executive Master in Tax Management of the Solvay Business School and tax aspects of corporate reorganisations at the Université de Liège (ULg). He has published numerous contributions on tax law and is a regular speaker at conferences.
