Noémie de Galembert began her career in the litigation department at the Paris office of Latham & Watkins where she holds offices in various committee meetings (Associate Committee, Recruiting Committee).
In 2013, she joined Scotto & Associés to create the litigation activity, which has developed quickly around shareholders’ litigations, of acquisition and liability of executives. She has also a strong track records in negotiating and implementing exit packages for executives, in particular in LBO context.
This is the same activity that she decided to continue with her team within its own structure, supported by the increasing trust of her clients.
