Pierre-Alain Marquet began his career in the Paris office of Gibson Dunn (in the corporate M&A department) and then in Villey Girard Grolleaud AARPI (in the litigation team), before joining Galembert Avocats in 2020. Pierre-Alain Marquet’s practice focuses mainly on corporate litigation, shareholder disputes, acquisition disputes and directors’ liability issues, as well as financial, commercial and civil litigation, both in judicial and arbitral matters. Pierre-Alain Marquet is also a lecturer in corporate law and civil procedure (University of Paris II Pantheon-Assas).
