Ecem specialises in corporate law, merger & acquisitions, contract law, real-estate law, employment and immigration law.

Ecem advises local and international clients on their commercial transactions and day-to-day business operations, and supports clients with drafting and revising any type of commercial agreement.

Before joining Heuvels Uras Law Firm, Ecem worked at two international law firms in Istanbul. Ecem is a graduate of Marmara University, School of Law (2015) and is registered with Istanbul Bar Association (2016). She has completed her LL.M at Queen Mary University of London in Commercial and Corporate Law.
