Mr. Yasir is one of the 15 students around the world to be awarded with first class by the University of London in 2017, and is also a Barrister of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, UK. He has previously worked with reputed law firms in Bangladesh as well as in the United Kingdom and has gained significant experience in providing transactional legal services to local and foreign clients, and working as part of the team to provide contentious legal services for local and foreign clients. He is also an entrepreneur and social activists and this gives him an edge in providing legal services to profitable and non-profitable organisations as he is able to understand the needs of such organisations by placing himself in their seats. Mr. Yasir is also a part-time faculty member of London College of Legal Studies (South), the leading institute and an Affiliated Centre of University of London providing various legal courses, including LL.B (Hons.), Bar Transfer Test, etc.

• Drafted agreements and opinions for a foreign aircraft leasing company in leasing aircrafts in Bangladesh;
• Drafted legal opinions for an American multinational retail corporation on the labour laws in Bangladesh;
• Advised a Chinese mobile manufacturer on the competition laws and consumer protection laws in Bangladesh;
• Carried out negotiations and drafted agreements for one of the largest acquisition in the pharmaceutical industry;
• Provided regulatory and tax exemption advices to a leading power company of Bangladesh;
• Advised a foreign oil exploration companies on the oil, gas and energy laws of Bangladesh;
• Advised an European tech company on the laws appertaining foreign investment, partnership with local organisation and foreign exchange;
• Advised a JV between a foreign and local company on project financing & credit facilities, and regulations & compliance matter concerning economic zones in Bangladesh;
