Ms. Faizah is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and is a Barrister of the Hon’ble Society of Lincoln’s Inn, UK. Prior to becoming a partner of this firm, Ms. Faizah has worked for several reputed corporate law chambers. She is an expert in areas of Corporate and Commercia Law, Labour/ Employment Law and industrial relations, and laws relating to mobile financial service. She has undertaken various tasks including opinion writing, contract vetting, legal research and drafting of various legal documents. She has also conducted trainings and workshops on Bangladesh Labour Law for different types of organizations. She leads the HR services provided by Stellar Chambers to some of the biggest corporate entities in Bangladesh offering them payroll services, draft HR Manual, pension and gratuity administration, wage tax filing, appointment and termination, negotiation with collective bargaining agents (CBA), ledger maintenance, etc.

• Drafting and vetting of service/HR manuals, employment contracts, separation notices, warning letters, commercial agreements and procurement documents;
• Drafting various types of Mobile Financial Service related agreements;
• Providing legal opinion on issues related to laws of labour, company, tax, mobile financial service, regulatory and compliance matters etc.;

• Conducting workshop, seminars and campaigns on labour law and its growing importance in Bangladesh;
• Processing monthly payroll, calculating tax, preparation of pay-slips and such other services for different companies;
• Drafting and reviewing of policies & processes of different companies;
• Conducting training of various factory workers, members of management and trade union members of ready-made garments (RMG) sector;
