Chong Yeong Yoong was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court
in Malaya on 11-7-2011. She joined Messrs Cheah Teh & Su in October 2011 as an Associate. She was promoted to the position of Senior Associate with effect from 1st January 2017.
Languages
English, Bahasa Malaysia and has a basic conversational ability in the Chinese dialects of
Cantonese and Hokkien.
Education
Obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Bristol, U.K. in 2009.
She went on to pursue and successfully completed the Bar Vocational Course in City
University, London and was called to the Bar of England and Wales at Lincoln’s Inn in 2010.
