Teh co-founded the Firm in 1989 and has been the Managing Partner of the Firm since 2008 with more than 30 years’ experience in litigation. A graduate from the United Kingdom and a member of Gray’s Inn, he was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1983 and subsequently obtained his Masters at Law from the London School of Economics in 1984.

Teh is an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya as well as the High Court of the Republic of Singapore and has appeared in the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Federal Court in Malaysia. He has been listed in Asia Business Law Journal’s A List Report as one of Malaysia’s Top 100 Lawyers since 2020 and specialises in shareholders’ disputes and corporate litigation as well as financial services litigation. Teh has substantial experience in disputes involving shareholders, enforcement of securities, personal and corporate insolvency. He is the lead instructing solicitor in a multi jurisdiction shareholders’ dispute which has spawned more than 60 separate suits.
