Her experience includes legal due diligence in aid of domestic and cross-border acquisitions and the drafting of constitutions for private, public unlisted and listed companies in Malaysia. She has also assisted in advisory work on regulatory compliance in the area of telecommunications, exchange control, personal data protection as well as anti-money laundering and counter financing of terrorism.
Career
After undergoing her pupillage in the chambers of Ms Putri Norlisa Najib, she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court in Malaya on 5th January 2018. She commenced practice as part of the Corporate and Commercial team in a commercial law firm before joining the Firm’s Corporate and Conveyancing Department in September 2019.

Obtained her Bachelor of Laws with honours from the University of London (External Programme) in 2015 and obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice in 2016.
