Yomna joined ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners in June 2021. She has more than four years of experience. Yomna has worked with several top tier law firms in Egypt in corporate governance, commercial, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. Yomna speaks fluent Arabic and English and is qualified to practice law in Egypt.

She has an experience in M&A and capital market transactions, restructuring, drafting, and reviewing various types of commercial agreements, providing legal advice on transactional and non-transactional corporate and regulatory matters. In addition, she has experience in conducting legal due diligence, legal research, drafting and reviewing transaction documents.

In her general corporate and commercial experience, and before joining ADSERO, Yomna advised numerous multinational companies. Her role included providing day-to-day corporate and commercial support on doing business in Egypt, assisting and handling their corporate matters, and reviewing various agreements.

Yomna worked across different sectors such as healthcare, cement, medical insurance and education.
