Maarten ten Kate has built a strong reputation in corporate governance and mergers & acquisitions. He has specific knowledge and experience in highly regulated sectors, in particular healthcare, education and the financial sector. He started his legal career at NautaDutilh in 2007 and joined Pot Jonker Advocaten in 2017. He lectures on Corporate Governance at the Governance University and the University of Amsterdam.
