He participated in the elaboration of projects and tenders for common concessions and public-private partnerships and maintains great expertise in contractual rebalancing procedures and review of regulatory frameworks. Coordinated the negotiation of leniency agreements and the structuring of Integrity Programs (Anti-Corruption Law) and Privacy Governance Programs (LGPD), as well as the defense of Companies and Third Sector entities before the Direct Public Administration, Public Ministry, Controllerships and Courts of Accounts.
