The team is co-led by name partner Eduardo Torretti, a member of the tax commission of SOFOFA, a non-profit trade association, and Sebastián Martínez-Conde (partner since late 2018), who participates in most of the firm’s major deals. The second line of advisers fields experienced senior associate Francisco Alcaíno and associate Francisco Larios, while growth includes the 2020 recruitment of associates María Elena Würth and Sebastián Aguilar from Deloitte Legal Chile and PricewaterhouseCoopers Consultores, Auditores y Compañía Limitada, respectively. Since publication, the firm has further strengthened its capabilities with the hire of Carlos Ignacio Bravo, formerly head of the tax practice at Porzio Ríos García - effective as of March 2022.
