Natalie was called as an advocate in 2001 and has been practising law in Jersey for 25 years, including at two leading international offshore law firms (one as managing partner of the Jersey practice).  She has otherwise run her own firm – Noirmont Consulting – for 12 years and has built a reputation for technical excellence, commerciality and the highest levels of client service.  She is a Consultant with Seymour Law LLP.

Natalie has 25 years’ experience as a commercial lawyer with a focus on the offshore financial services industry (including Jersey and the Cayman Islands) covering Corporate, Financial Services, Regulation, Business Law, Trusts, Funds and Banking as well as contentious matters and court proceedings.  She has advised a wide range of private, institutional and high profile promoters and other fund businesses across a range of structures and asset classes, including private equity and real estate funds, hedge funds, listed funds and other alternatives, including one of Jersey’s first litigation funds and a fine wine fund.  She also advises financial services businesses establishing in or relocating to Jersey.  Natalie undertakes professional director appointments to client boards, including as Compliance Officer, and is a Notary Public.
