Formerly with Mourant and then Carey Olsen, in 2005 Mark founded Jersey law firm Hanson Renouf, which merged to become Benest Corbett Renouf (now BCR Law) in 2015. He co-founded Seymour Law LLP in 2019. He has over 25 years’ experience as a litigator.
Areas of expertise include trust law (both contentious and non-contentious), contentious probate, professional negligence (in particular related to building and construction), cross-border insolvency, company litigation, urgent applications for injunctive relief, regulatory (including competition law) and contractual disputes.
