The firm: Established in the City of London in 1989, Rosenblatt is now entirely focused on dispute resolution. In 2021, Rosenblatt enhanced its already excellent reputation in disputes when the disputes team from sister brand Memery Crystal joined Rosenblatt as part of the AIM-listed professional services group RBG Holdings plc, and now forms the legal services division.
Our diverse sector expertise spans financial services (including crypto currencies), partnerships, natural resources, retail and leisure (including hotels), media and entertainment, private wealth, and international trade. The team also has extensive experience in cross jurisdictional actions, as well as acting for multiple claimants as well as HNW individuals, organisational leaders, and entrepreneurs.

Dispute resolution: The team handles substantial and complex multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes. We have an outstanding international reputation for success in litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, and for our skill in smoothing the path to a positive outcome.
Corporate investigations: Our cross-disciplinary corporate investigations team is well-placed to assist with a wide variety of investigations, whether that is conducting the investigation or providing our expertise for a particular phase or aspect of the investigation.
DLT, cryptocurrencies and crypto assets: Working with colleagues at sister brand Memery Crystal we advise businesses utilising blockchain and/or DLT technology on corporate structurings, capital investments, regulatory developments, commercial, IP data and tech contracts, employment, shareholder disputes and recovery of monies from wallet providers.
Financial crime: We are recognised experts in corporate crime and Investigations, White-collar crime, tax litigation and investigations and private prosecutions. Supporting businesses with large compliance projects and successfully representing clients in some of the most significant investigations and prosecutions ever brought in the UK.
Financial services: We cover a full range of traditional and innovative financial services disputes, working with colleagues at Memery Crystal to de-risk transactions and offer our clients both in-depth knowledge and a strategic view on the matter in hand.
Insolvency and financial restructuring: We specialise in contentious insolvency and restructuring mandates and possesses the expertise to advise on all types of restructurings, insolvency proceedings and workouts, including in-court and out-of-court restructurings, formal insolvencies, contingency planning, litigation and dispute resolution, fraud and cross-border asset recovery.
Private prosecutions: We represent both businesses and individuals who have been the victims of crime. We can assist clients by investigating the crimes committed and bringing these cases to the magistrate and crown courts in what is called a private prosecution.
Real estate litigation: Advice on development disputes; landlord and tenant issues including lease renewals, overdue rents and service charges, breaches of covenant, and dilapidations; recovery of possession; rights of way, rights to light, party wall and other land disputes; valuation and construction disputes; property fraud; and professional negligence. The team sits within sister brand Memery Crystal’s real estate.
Serious and general crime: Our serious crime defence team has dealt with some of the highest profile serious crime cases due to their wealth of experience in this area.
