The firm: Regatta Consult LLP (hereinafter referred to as – Regatta), was established on June 22, 2000 by the decision of shareholders and the main activity of Regatta was declared as the provision of legal services to corporate and physical entities in the territory of Republic of Kazakhstan. At its creation, the total number of employees was around three lawyers, however, today Regatta has three operating offices in the largest cities of Republic of Kazakhstan and the total number of employees equals 35 .
The main office of Regatta is located in Almaty city, with the other two offices being in Nur-Sultan and Shymkent. Our company also has the experience of different project performances in other cities of Kazakhstan, since we have around 14 agents and partners in different regions of Kazakhstan, who work with us on an as-needed basis. Our company includes experienced lawyers, who have unique working experience in public entities, national companies, and private enterprises. We are able to solve clients’ tasks of any complexity in the shortest possible time. Most of our employees received their degrees from US and European universities and from leading universities of Kazakhstan. Possessing knowledge and experience in common and civil law systems, our lawyers evaluate an issue by taking into account global practices along with clients’ specific details and always propose the best solution.
