Career

Luigi Follieri has been practising for about twenty-five years and works – both in and out of court – mainly in the area of civil and commercial law.
Thanks to his professional and academic activity, he has acquired an in-depth knowledge and vast experience concerning bonds, public and private contracts, company law, real rights, civil liability, compensation protection, bankruptcy law; he also has a discrete professional experience in arbitration.
He has been Associate Professor of Private Law at the Department of Humanities, Humanities, Cultural Heritage and Educational Sciences of the University of Foggia since 01 November 2021.

He graduated cum laude in Law from the University of Teramo in 1997. He has been a lawyer since 2000 and has been admitted to practicing before the higher courts since May 2013.
He was unanimously awarded the National Scientific Aptitude for the post of second level professor of Private Law.
