Career
Tomasz Wróblewski is responsible for the development of the compliance practice in OW. In his career so far, he has advised companies belonging to some of the largest Polish and European capital groups.
He also specializes in legal advice related to capital markets. He provides strategic support to the bodies of large capital companies and their HR and IR departments. He has advised companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, including sWIG80, ENERGY, CHEMIA, MEDIA and others.
He cooperates with listed companies in particular in the area of investor relations, fulfilment of information obligations, and the creation of Good Practices of Listed Companies (IR Compliance). He supports enterprises in creating compliance policies and implementing procedures to ensure compliance (including whistleblowing).
The notion of sustainable development is dear to him – he actively promotes good non-financial reporting and investment in the spirit of ESG. He believes in the development of the sharing economy as well as the growing influence of legal technology on the consulting industry. He is a co-founder of WhistBoard, an IT tool for handling whistle-blowers’ reports, which uses machine learning.
