Career

Andrzej Łobodziński has been advising foreign clients on starting and developing business in Poland for over a dozen years.

He combines his day-to-day advice with a specialisation in Global Mobility and Immigration Law – as an expert in the legal and tax aspects of cross-border provision of labour and services.

At OW, he is also responsible for the development of the German Desk and personal tax practices.

Andrzej believes that a good advisor is first of all a partner who supports the client comprehensively in the development of their business and is able to combine broad knowledge in many areas of law and tax with strictly specialist competences. This is reflected in the practice areas he leads.

He supports clients in strategic investment projects concerning, among other things, entry into the Polish market, as well as the commencement and expansion of their activities within special economic zones, and the shaping of an optimal legal and tax structure. He also advises on restructuring projects (with particular emphasis on the tax aspect) and on current issues that clients face on a daily basis (in particular commercial/corporate law and labour law).

He has coordinated numerous projects for the acquisition, amendment or extinguishment of zone permits / decisions of support. He has also comprehensively supported clients in M&A transactions (both at the due diligence and transaction stages).
