Employment Law (including International Mobility, Employee Benefits & Pension and Corporate Reorganizations) & Dispute Resolution.
Marielle co-leads the Employment Law and Dispute Resolution departments of PwC Legal. She has in-depth knowledge of all employment law and social security aspects, notably business transfers and outsourcing projects, expatriation and secondment situations, implementation of stock option plans or other employee benefit schemes. She handles the complete process of collective redundancies and represents clients in complex employment litigation, notably on the enforcement of restrictive covenants.
Marielle is a member of the board of PwC Legal (since 2015).

Marielle is also one of the founders and has been the first chairman of the Luxembourg association of employment law specialists, the “Employment Law Specialists Association, Luxembourg” (“ELSA”), which was created at the beginning of 2007. She still sits on the board of the association.
