Cindy (Managing Partner) co-leads the Dispute resolution and Employment Law departments of the firm. Cindy has extensive dispute resolution experience in all areas, particularly in alternative dispute resolution, pre-litigation negotiation and representing clients in court. She also specialises in complex shareholder and partnership disputes. Her legal expertise also includes all aspects of employment law and social security including providing assistance to international clients wishing to establish operational businesses in Luxembourg, support in all types of day-to-day HR issues and assistance during the complete process of collective redundancies, outsourcing or similar restructuring projects.
Cindy is the Managing Partner of PwC Legal since 2018 and a member of the board (since 2015)
