Serhii advises major domestic and multinational companies on the full spectrum of issues related to tax litigation, white collar offences and compliance. Clients benefit from his extensive experience and knowledge in these areas. He represents legal entities and private individuals in disputes with the state authorities, contractors and former business partners.

Serhii has acted on a number of significant domestic and multi-jurisdictional investigations arising from hostile takeovers, bankruptcy and corporate fraud cases across a number of sectors, most recently including food and beverage, manufacturing, retail and logistics.

Serhii is an active advisor to private clients on personal tax planning and wealth protection. He also deals with all range of family law matters and inheritance, including property settlement and succession planning, representing clients before courts and government agencies.

Serhii has significant experience in providing legal advice on family law. He represents international corporations in disputes with the government, contractors, and former business partners. Prior to joining Hillmont Partners, Serhii worked for Moor & Partners law firm.
