Career

Andrii co-heads the Dispute Resolution practice. He handles complex high-value matters and specializes in sophisticated litigation as well as commercial and investment arbitration.

Andrii represents clients in cross-border commercial disputes across a range of industries, including banking and finance, FMCG and retail, energy, infrastructure, real estate and IT. His expertise includes local and foreign investors’ representation of in international disputes, legal assistance within tax and criminal proceedings, and participation in settling disputes with supervisory authorities.

Prior to joining Hillmont Partners, Andrii worked as a litigation lawyer in one the international law firms and as an Investigator at the Business Ombudsman Council, a consultative and advisory body under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, where he dealt with business complaints on unfair behaviour of governmental agencies and municipal authorities in Ukraine.
