Mr. Kyösti Siltala advises clients on corporate law, M&A, intellectual property rights and commercial agreements.

Mr. Siltala has over 24 years of experience in working as an in-house counsel for both public and private equity global corporations, including Valmet, MacGregor, Uponor and Dynea. Kyösti has negotiated and executed more than 100 M&A transactions, on all 6 continents. Kyösti was the Chairman of the Finnish Industrial Lawyers’ Association from 2006 to 2010.
