Amy is a commercial litigator, specialising in multi-jurisdictional complex litigation, with a particular focus on tracing and recovering proceeds and obtaining interim remedies such as freezing injunctions, disclosure orders and other injunctions related to the preservation and protection of assets. Due to the nature of her work and clients, she also has strong experience in offshore trust litigation. With a practice evenly balanced between claimant and defendant work, she has acted for a wide-ranging spectrum of clients including States, former professional trustees and private companies, as well as individuals with significant assets. She also has experience managing civil proceedings for individual clients in tandem with ongoing or anticipated regulatory investigations/proceedings. Having completed her Law with French Law degree at UCL, she completed her training contract at Clyde & Co, and has spent the last 11 years at Peters & Peters, the last 3 as Of Counsel.
