Peter is the founder of FOSTERS having established the Firm in 1988 under the name Peter I. Foster & Associates. He is the head litigator of the Firm and the foremost leading litigator in Saint Lucia. He has acted as a Judge of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in the Territory of the Virgin Islands and Anguilla. Peter is a former Speaker of the House of Assembly in Saint Lucia and former Mayor of Castries, former Chairperson of the Saint Lucia Bureau of Standards and Saint Lucia Tourist Board.
